International consultancy network expands and opens third office in six months

NBB – National Business Brokers has opened a third consultancy unit in Austria for small and medium firms, thus reinforcing its international network and expanding its physical presence with new offices in that country. Christian Schreiberhuber, NBB’s partner and general director of Zentral Österreich in Salzburg, received professional training at NBB’s home offices in Porto.

The international consultancy network for small and medium firms therefore completes its Austrian team, composed by NBB Austria - Zentralbüro Österreich, headed by Michael Stift, and NBB Austria – Ost Österreich in Wiener Neustadt, under Alexander Kaufman’s management.

Christian Schreiberhuber, director of NBB’s new offices, graduated in Business Management in Linz University and has a Master Degree in European and International Business Law from St. Gallen University, Switzerland. He held several employments related to financial management of various industrial sectors in countries such as Austria, Canada and Switzerland and simultaneously participated in many business integration and management projects.

NBB offers consultancy services to Small and Medium firms within the scope of business sales and purchases, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, fund raising and scissions. It also searches for potential financial and/or strategic business partners. NBB’s performance is based on a worldwide international structure that is continuously growing, generating global solutions for global problems.

The experienced and proven qualities of their contracted partners reflects NBB’s efforts towards a continuous growth and network support , especially in work cooperation and business experience interchange between its several global network teams, thus enabling, magnifying and projecting existing knowhow onto presented solutions.

In order to achieve the best possible results, the physical presence of local offices promotes a more effective client support during internationalization processes and exploration of new markets and also enhances NBB’s notoriety in the international market, disentailing their performance from domestic market limitations. Therefore, presenting concrete solutions materializes into developing concrete opportunities supported by local partners that actually have the abilities to enhance the success of any presented strategies and actions.

Presently NBB has more than 60 offices in 30 countries. It was awarded with the International Projection Award by IFE Group in 2008 and 2009 in recognition of its brand notoriety abroad, now reinforced by a new Austrian partner within its international consultancy network. This continuous development is exploiting many business opportunities around the world with greater advantages.

NBB emerged in 2001 as a joint venture between a Swedish group with 30 years’ experience in business brokerage and Onebiz Group, a leading Portuguese business services firm. Onebiz acquired the Swedish share in 2006. In 2011, Sartorial Group, a Portuguese financial group dedicated to an independent and qualified financial consultancy through assets management and global investments consultancy acquired NBB.
