Training and Support NBB believes that training and support is a success key for our partners and co-workers, both for their own development and personal growth as well as to protect our extraordinarily high quality standards worldwide. When a new partner joins NBB, he and his co-workers are automatically invited to an intensive, initial training program of 5 working days at the NBB Headquarters. This program intends to give the new partner a big picture of M&A, BB and Corporate Finance processes in a theoretical and practice approach, as well as cooperation within the network and working with NBB’s unique project and prospect software. The training plan includes all necessary content to prepare new partners to begin producing results, focusing on NBB methodology and its exclusive tools: - Introduction to BB, M&A and Corporate Finance

After the initial training program, the partners still have access to continuous support in all required fields. An International Convention is promoted once a year, where all partners meet and exchange opportunities and experiences. In order to maintain the entire network as a strong functional unit, NBB maintains a communication department that informs all partners about recent NBB news such as new projects, new clients, deal closures, case studies and other latest developments.
